Likely Essentials Praise Dance Summer Camp Policy: Girls/Boys (Ages 8-16) Early Bird Special $160 One-time registration fee valid until June 28th Full Original Price $200 or $25 Recurring Fee (Every Monday - July/August 2025) Rehearsal Schedule: Every Monday: 6:00pm - 7:30pm Every Wednesday: 6:00pm - 7:30pm (July - August 2025) 3736 St. Paul Blvd. Rochester, NY 14617 • Praise Dance Lessons • Biblical Lessons • Snacks Included • End of Summer Showcase Absence/Class Make Up We do not offer a refund policy for missed classes. However, make-up classes are offered upon availability for the month of the missed absence. Guest Artist/Instructors Throughout the season a variety of guest instructors will visit our studio to promote their skilled area(s) and promote purposeful creation as we foster our mission and vision of ‘The Christian Collaboration Experience” Class Attire: All participating students are required to attend every class in attire that is practical for movement. Such attire may include but not limited to the following: • Athletic Wear • Sweatpants • Leggings • Modest Top • Appropriate length shorts • Sneakers/Barefoot/Socks/Footies *Onsite dressing room for use Absence/Early Dismissal/Tardiness : In the event the participant is absent, requires early dismissal, or is tardy, the parent/guardian is required to complete the Time Away Form in the expected time frame of two weeks from the actual occurrence. Parent Observation Policy: Due to limited spacing and allocated class times, observation is not allowed daily, there may be times where such use is applicable. In this case, observation must be approved by instructor(s). Outside Engagement/Ministry Performances: In the event Likely Essentials/Likely Ministries is scheduled to appear and perform services applicable to the nature of the business at a different location such as but not limited to a church, community event, programmed events, anniversaries, parties, etc. the parent/guardian will be responsible to transport their participating youth(s) to and from the scheduled event. The parent/guardian will not be required to stay for the full duration however, must be available to be in contact for the duration thereof. *Parents/Guardians will be made aware of necessary updates/changes.
